AjaxDNA was born as a company with the goal of creating a new era of biological engineering. We are a team of scientists, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about using technology to solve real world problems. And we found a great problem when engineering biological processes.

We are automating and creating new pipelines for protein engineering, enabling precise modifications and optimization of biological molecules for enhanced functionality.

Metabolic Modeling

We have automated metabolic modeling creation and simulations, allowing for boundary exploration of what is and is not possible to do in cell systems, providing detailed insights into cellular processes and metabolic pathways.

Cell Parametrization

Sophisticated protein parametrization pipelines to fine-tune and detect all possible interactions driving cell functionality, allowing for precise characterization and optimization of cellular behavior.
